Next Level Flag Football in Stockton - St. Mary's High School

We are pleased to announce the inaugural season of Next Level Flag Football Stockton at St. Mary's High School.  St. Mary's Assistant Varsity Football Coach, Coach Craig Ward and other St. Mary's coaches are excited about bringing Next Level Flag Football to the Stockton Area!  This will also be the first Next Level Flag Football program to be played under the lights!!!

Student Athletes from St. Mary's High School will serve as Head Coaches for each youth team! This mentoring based approach to youth sports, combined with the opportunity to participate at a first class facility @ St. Mary's makes this a can't miss opportunity for your young student-athlete!  Do not delay and register for our inaugural season of NL Flag @ St. Mary's today!

General Overview of League Operations:

  1. NL Flag operations from early January through mid-March with a 10-week season schedule (2 scrimmage, 6 regular season games, 2 playoff games).
  2. Games are on Saturdays (sites vary based on field availability, check the schedule below).
  3. Practices and Games are on the same day - parents need only allocate a 2-hour window of availability for their child's involvement.  Practice hours take place immediately prior to a participant's scheduled game time.
  4. Per NL Flag rules, equal playing time is governed on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball and shall be administered by the Student Head Coach/Mentor and Parent Volunteer(s).
  5. Each game is played 5 versus 5 in a non-contact environment.  Field length is 40-yard long field - up to 4 games operate simultaneously on the same regulation football field.
  6. Parent volunteers are to ASSIST our Student Athlete Head Coach/Mentors and ENABLE them to at as Head Coaches of their respective teams.
  7. Teams are comprised of 10 players maximum.
  8. League Fees: $ - fees are inclusive of a participant's custom jersey, shorts, use of flags, and other offerings.
  9. Uniform Delivery - fees for home delivery of a participant's uniform are included in the League Fees.  NL will again be SHIPPING UNIFORMS DIRECT TO HOME this season!  Delivery will occur via USPS and a valid USPS delivery location is required. 

Site Logistics & Schedule:

All games located at St. Mary's High School football stadium.  All scheduled games will be played unless canceled due to extreme weather and/or other circumstances making gameplay unsafe or hazardous. Precaution will be taken for the younger age groups.

Kinder/1st Grade Division - Practice: 4:00 pm/Game: 5:00 pm
2nd Grade Division - Practice: 4:00 pm/Game: 5:00 pm
3rd Grade Division - Practice: 5:00 pm/Game: 6:00 pm
4th Grade Division - Practice: 5:00 pm/Game: 6:00 pm
5th Grade Division - Practice: 6:00 pm/Game: 7:00 pm
6th/7th Grade Division - Practice: 6:00 pm/Game: 7:00 pm

Week 8: Saturday, Mar 3rd
Week 9: Saturday. Mar 10th (Playoffs Round 1)
Week 10: Saturday, Mar 17th (Playoffs Round 2)
*All teams play all 10 games

Registration Status

Registration for the 2018 Next Level Flag Football season will open on April 1st at Noon for Priority Registration. Registration will open on April 15th at 12 pm for the general public. Please remember to register early as we can not hold spaces due to limited space.  Kindergarten does not have a priority registration period and can register April 1st!
